Parts for Sale from 78 Cyclone and 78 LF 440

Post by WinnipegStPaul9 »

I recently bought a 78 Cyclone 440 and a 78 Liquifire 440 primarily for parts. If you have any interest in parts from these sleds please contact me at bison1112002@yahoo.com.

Very nice were it not for the part where it struck a rock. Not as bad as another Cyclone I've seen LOL but very bad. Darn good for scraping though.

Dad is lying. the left side is perfect. But his honesty comes through on the right side. We guessed the whole way home on what exactly this guy (or girl) hit. It is amazing how it is curled up under the sled it is.

With very little damage to the bumper I might add. That's why we think it must have been a rock. Either way it had to be a sudden stop!

I might add that the belly pan on the Liquifire looks like someone shot it with a deer slug!!

How's the rear suspenion on the Liquifire?? Frozen up, cracked, or bent.. I already have a pile of those :bonk:
Don't know if I'd be interested in the whole thing IF it's good due to shipping costs. But IF you are willing to part it out AND it's good...
PLEASE let me know. Also always looking for a GOOD WORKING temp gauge from the same sled.
Thanks, Pat

Pat,
If you can come up with the cash you can't go wrong with buying a repopped gauge from Jerry. Just got mine last night, they are very nice, and he is a great guy to deal with. Plus he has both styles to choose from. I'll be going back for another one, when I start my 82 Liquifire project.

Sorry Don, not trying to take away a sale, just impressed with Jerry's gauges.

Hoppy,

Dad is on the road bushwacking today, so I will try and check on those request for you. I do know that the snow flap isn't very good. I will check on the rest.
