Does anyone have a 17 tooth top gear for a 80 trailfire 340 (part # M66302) for sale or know where I can locate one? mine is missing 2 teeth. Is this common for the teeth to break off?

You can get a new 17 tooth sproket for a Artic Cat or Polarias for Dennis Kirk.
It should pop right on.

Make sure you ck the Chain for cracked or broken links ( inspect ea individually ) & look the bottom gear over good to make sure one of those broken teeth didn't damage it also.

Hey guys I inspected the chain and lower gear and they both look to be ok. I did locate a upper gear from Dennis Kirk.
