I have a NOS chromed one, but Im not sure if I want to part w/ it yet.

yeah I think they were all chrome from pics I have seen was stuck in 20inches of fresh powder with the back rest style real pain with that style to pick rear up thanks for looking

The '72 400 was black, while the 500 was chrome.

I was told that one reason the one piece rear grab handles are hard to come by now is because when they came out w/ the two piece style in 73, a lot of people swaped them because the one piece was a back breaker!
