Cyclone gas mileage?

what kind of mileage with mostly field riding should i espect? '77 cyclone 340. she seems alittle thirsty to me.

Keep in mind you will have a lot of track spin in powder.

The peak fuel mileage is at the point where the clutches are fully upshifted and on hard-packed conditions. As Todd said, the track spins in powder and the clutch will not upshift. I can get about 70 miles per tank in my 78 cyclone 440. Your 77 has a larger tank and the 340 would get better mileage the a 440.

My 77 440 absolutely drank it also. I don't have an exact number but it would be low.

check this post if you have gas leaking from carb it could be due to improper float adjustment or old needle and seat.

there are no leaks in the system. i did not take into consideration the track spin. makes sense.
