Where might I find replacement spindle for right Side or both,hit stump last night. Also looking for 79 spitfire control levers and carb HR 70B off 292 kawasaki. Thanks

The spindles are probably pretty easily obtained. Guessing someone here will have one for you very soon.

Of course arizona has trees... At the museum... I may have some spindles that the bushings are not siezed in, I will take a look. As far as the controls do you mean the levers or the blocks? The levers are a dime a dozen but the blocks are like plastic gold! You may have to go with the 1980 and newer blocks and switchs they are alot easier to come by than the 78 79. I'll let you know on those spindles.

If you don't get the spindles from me, there is another guy selling some spindles on vintagesleds.com. I just noticed it today. Just go there and type "Spitfire" in the search. Last time I was there it was the first post to pop up. He's asking $35 plus shipping.
