John Deere Green

Post by atomc40 »

Just was wonderin' what it would look like in JD green... a little metalic and clearcoat,it's pretty sweet. It's just my rider, but I still wanted it to look nice. :usa: Tom

Old sleds are hours of entertainment.... then you get to ride them for a little bit.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I generally stick to factory correct restorations, but for this one I made an exception. My son and I will be bringing the sleds to the Toledo show on Saturday. :usa: Tom

One other thing to mention. For those who may have not used some of the resources advertised and or mentioned on this site,I'd like to say a couple things. The seat on the sportfire was done by John's Upholstery,as always...perfect! The decals on both sleds are from AFE Graphics...very nice! The windshields are Cannon Classics...beautiful! Many hard to find parts came through people on this site. So basically I just want to say thanks to all the guys that are active on this website. :beers; It makes JD vintage snowmobiling a great sport! :usa: Tom
