Dator-lite suspesnion finished

Post by 80spitfire »

Hey guys,
I finally got a chance to work on my dator-lite suspension again this week and I got her all done. Some of you may remember from previous posts that the front swing arm was pretty mangled and I was looking for a new one, well I ended up actually fabricating a brand new one from scratch and I think it turned out pretty sweet. Here's a couple before and after pictures of the skid. ImageImageImageImageImage

Thanks Dustin! Unfortunately I don't think she's gonna make it this year. All the drama with the motor really set me back. Next year she'll be there for sure though.

Thanks for the compliments guys I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Is there any chance any of you have 2 caps that go on the end of the slide rails? They're the same ones from all the other slide rail sleds.

Sweet Don!! Used will do just fine on this suspension. It's mostly all original parts on it just cleaned up mainly because as you guys know good luck finding NOS parts for a Dator-Lite skid. I'll PM you my email Don and then you can just paypal request me again if you want like last time or I can send a check either way works for me.
