Resto-Mod

Post by tjsdad »

Well, If you remember Ralphy's Liquifire....here it is again. I painted it with House of Kolor Black, 4 coats of Clear, and homemade decals. It has all l.e.d.lighting, thundershift clutch weights, 108 studs, hand & thumb warmers, and coming soon, electric start. I used Vinyl Paint & a decal template on the seat for the logo. This sled has been a saint. Now we just need some snow...

Thanks all. It was not easy, but much more easier with all the help and tips from this wonderful site. I wanted to put the 82 decals on it, but Im just not much into rainbows :? I was leery about dying the seat silver, but I like the looks of the newer sleds with the stenciled seats, so what the heck... Thanks again. :)

Well done custom! I typically don't like the look of a Trailfire seat on a Liquifire, but your sled makes it look sweet. I totally dig the Deere logo on the seat too, wish I thought of that for my I-500 sled.

Nice job and thanks for sharing the results with us.
