I read a book today. Breaking Trail by Edgar Hetteen with Jay Lemke. Maybe the fourth real book I read in my whole life. It may have been 22 years since the last one. It all started with a trip to the public library. What a wonderful place. You show them your card and they let you borrow a book or two. You just have to bring it back.
Give it a try. Step outside your everyday routine. Do something you would'nt normally do. Let us know how it turned out.
I am going to try Chineese food tonight.

Re: Breaking Trail
Almost fell off my chair when you posted "I read a book". Didnt even think you knew what a book was.
Re: Breaking Trail
I have read the book too.
Actually a very good book.
My daugher had it signed by Edgar and I have the picture to prove it.
He was signing books at the Glenwood MN Show a few years back.

Todd, I too have a signed copy of breaking trail. I guess Edgar signed a few of them by the looks of it.

Professer Tasky,
I never knew you as a guy who read books. I alway thought of you as a guy who wrote books. What a let down.

Re: Breaking Trail
That is one handsome bastard.
Jesse, I told you that in confidence. Besides it is not a book that I am writing but a "Manifesto" 2 totally different things.
Chuck, I really had to make myself finish the book. (short attention span and all) My only complaint is that there was not enough pictures in there. It must have been something back then everything was in Black and White.
