I don't know about sleds, but I do know when someone is trying to pass off something better than it really is. But I could be wrong, just sounds like it isn't worth it when it still needs things.

Seeing how he has put some time and money into it, the price is understandable, as I'm sure he's got that much invested. Unfortunately you can't always get the money you put into them back out. But then again, if you want a sled that doesn't need a lot of work, it could be a deal.
