I presume you have the correct 4" long tower posts Driven clutch assembly that accommodates the 1 3/8" belt? And that your belt deflection and clutch offset is correctly measured? As well as your engagement is correct. Also what symptoms are you having? I hardly think calling something garbage is not fair or at all useful to us unless you can help with what symptoms you're really having. Everyone wants these to work out for us. Please consider being more helpful.

You'll have to forgive me I don't know you, you look like a new member, but can you explain then exactly what belt symptoms you were having with the 1135? I.e. : Did you have uneven belt wear? Belt glazing? Was your belt narrow in one section? Slipping? Too tight? Is your break sticking? Track tensioned? Track aligned? New drive line bearings? Chaincase good to go?

This is not a new belt. It is made on the same tooling that the OEM Deere belts came from, and the batch that Polaris made in 1985, and the belts I had made a few years ago. Myself and many others from this site used these belts with great success. You have an issue with the tuning of your sled. Don't blame the belt. My guess is your original, hardened over time 170 is slipping in the primary and allowing the engine to build RPM's quicker than the new proper durometer belt. Fix your clutching, that is the issue.
