Dang it man.....my blizzard is slipping away from me!!

Post by JD_Sledder68 »

Figures.....accuweather.com was showing early models that put us in the 12-18" snowfall range a couple of days ago, and now we are down to 1-3" and blowing and drifting, but only after we get rain on Saturday and 40's.

We got 6" last monday and there is 6" to 8" more coming tonight and tomorrow. Finally we are starting to get a few good winters.

Same deal here! We got 7" last Friday and got 2" last night, but tomorrow supposed to rain in the morning then switch back over to snow at midnight. Hope it doesn't all go away!

We are staring at bare lawns over here in CT. Its certainly been cold enough we just need some moisture to make it here. I want to ride so bad its silly.
anyone here from VT, NH, NY? I might have to drag a sled somewhere soon.

Well, accuweather says 3 inches for us but all sorts of warnings started buzzing the radio around noon today, they are claiming 10-18 inches by noon on sunday for central wi.

We got all of the 10 inches and maybe a little more, now its all blowing around and deceptively sunny out. Took the kids outside for a while :brrr:

And of course, went to plow yesterday, got about 2/3 through-lifted up the blade, POP! BANG! Winch on the wheeler grenaded... when I took it off it fell into 3 big pieces and nothing locks or engages any more. yeah! more money to spend.

18" here in Hudson. My parents 200 miles north: ZIPPO. I spent a lot of time behind the plow today, icy cold and windy.

Got 4 inches here this AM, laying on top of 1/2" of ice. Now it is all blowing around. Supposed to get another 2" tonight and 40 mph winds. My snow is all blowing away. Figure!!
