I have the same situation here. Nice looking 800 just down the road. This was posted on here earlier when it was at $500, now it is $450.

Yep, the posting has been deleted. I was tempted on that one, but I have 2 projects still sitting in the shed. Not that it needed much, looked really nice, but I need the money it would have taken to buy it.
