My last ride on the old girl.

Post by Jack Frost »

Well the time has come to say goodbye to and old friend. :cry: After many sleepless nights and many beers to drown my sorrows I have decided to let my old girl go. :boohoo: She did not wrong me, but I knew it was not meant to be. She would sit in the cold garage and do nothing all day but stare out the window. She would give me that look everytime I walked by her; you know the look of why am I still with you. I have tried over the last two years to make it work but it's a two way street and she put up a detour sign. :wall: So this week she will be leaving me for good, going to a good home that is heated all the time. She will get what she deserves, a chance to be in the spotlight where everyone can admire her for all her beauty and charm. We had some goodtimes and some bad but it was all worth it in the end. I wish her well and hope that some day she will see how I helped her out of the weeds and made her a shining black beauty in a sea of white. :think:

All the best old girl. :beers;

Glad to see you found her a good home, Dave, but sad to see you had to let her go...

Hows this for karma, she is going to sit on display in the showroom of a POLARIS dealer. :bonk: Just as long as it doesn't end up like the early 1980's when they bought out JD and put all the sleds in cold storage and no one could seee them. :doh:
