Anybody know the port timing and duration for the Kioritz 440 Liquifires? Building a tuned pipe for one of my bikes and its turning out pretty nice. Thinking I might like to do the same for my liquifire. Specifically, I need:
(in degrees)
exhaust open period
main transfer open period
secondary transfer open period
rear boost port open period
(in mm)
Exhaust port diameter
length from piston face to end of exhaust port (without header)
If no one has them, guess I'm stuck with tearing one of my engines apart to measure it all up. That'd take a while, hopefully someone can help me out?
I have Build and Clicks 2 stroke expansion chamber design software, so if anyone has all of the information I'd love to plug your numbers in and get you the specs for a tuned pipe for whatever your working on.

Very cool would like to see the pipes when they are done. Maybe someday I will build a set for my JDX8 or 800. Did you know Aaen still makes pipes for the liquifires. http://www.aaenperformance.com/VintagePipes.asp

Yup, saw the aeen pipes. Unfortunately, as a teacher, I'm short on $$$ and long on time. Have access to a pretty decent metal shop since thats what I teach...
Heres the pipe I'm working on now. Its for a '67 Yamaha YL2. This is my second attempt, the first turned out okay but didnt have the characteristics I was looking for. This one looks like it should work a lot better. Still waiting for the head pipe to show up, then I can start the cutting / shaping to fit it onto the bike.
