Your looking at about $500 for a set of aaens but they work.... You can get 10 more horse with those pipes and you save weight.

Before you go buying Aaen pipes, there are a few things that you should know. First, 10 Hp is very optimistic. The pipes work best with head and port work. The motor in stock form does not flow enough air to take advantage of the extra exhaust. Second the clutching has to be changed to rev the motor at 9000 RPM. If the stock clutching is not changed the sled will be slower than stock. The stock jetting also will not work with the pipes. They do look cool though. Peter

if you buy the pipes new they come with clutching, timing and jeting specs. they also come with the porting specs. i think they tell you to change the heads also but can't find my sheet right now.

I have a set of aaens on my sled and I shaved the stock heads and left the timming alone and I got a solid 72hp at 8400 rpm. I could have done more tweeking but it runs alot stonger than it did so I just left it alone. James
