John Deere Spitfire Parts give-away

Post by Hawkeye »

Ok folks, I bought a junker sled, with hopes of finding some parts I could re-use (man I really need to log it into the entries, of course it will be logged as a parts sled). Anyway it's a 1978 Spitfire. The tunnel is gone - scrap, the track and seat brought good money on Evil-bay. The engine is in the process of a rebuild. Pretty much everything else is there (except the windshield). So, if anyone needs anything let me know, I am happy to pass them along for the cost of shipping.

Cowling - very rough appears to have been crunched and repaired
Ski's
Spindle's - GONE
Tie Rods - GONE

Skid
Handle bars (control blocks are shot)
Fuel tank/glove box (NO Glove box lid) - GONE
Muffler
Y Pipe
Exhaust pipe
Primary clutch - GONE
Secondary clutch - GONE
Drivers
Brakes

Items located in Racine, WI
PM me or just reply here.

ChickenRat - hopefully your still checking in here, I tried to reply to your PM, but it is stuck in my outbox. The sled did not have the airbox when I picked it up... Sorry about that.

Ties06 - Mark, same problem, I have been trying to reply to your PM, but it's stuck in the outbox...

Make sure you don't have too many messages. If you have over 100, get rid of some or you can't read the new ones.

Your replies will stay in your outbox until the recipant opens them. Nothing you are doing wrong, simply the other party hasn't logged in and checked their mailbox yet.
