Wires on Gas and Brake Lever Block

What are the brown and orange wires that go into the throttle and brake lever block on a liquifire? I cant see that they make contact with anything but 2 tabs in the block? WTH are they for?? I know the other pair is the kill switch and high / low beam.

One ones on the brake block is for the brake light and the onee on the throttle are for the the rev/speed limiter.
