Carb Question

I have a 1976 Liquifire, when it idles it throws gas out of the overflow hose of the 2nd carb until I reach about 25 mph and then the carb works fine, as soon as I slow down again below 20 mph, it throws the fuel out of the hose again!

Any thoughts as to where to start?

The needle/seat in the carb has dirt in it or is worn to the point of not sealing anymore. Clean the carb and try again.
