Triplefire 500 Custom for Sale

Post by JoeRainville »

Up for sale is one custom built 500cc Polaris triple powered 1980 Liquifire. It has a new motor, with rebuilt crank and oversized pistons, a very nice set of custom pipes. A third idler was added to the rear skid. Sled was built in the mid-90's at a motorcycle shop in Ohio. Can be delivered to the HoF this weekend or to the twin cities. I paid $5,500 will sell for less.

Joe, I would love to have it as it would save Chis & I a bunch of time on the Evil 3 cyl. Deere project, but I spent way way too much money on our older Dog, New Air Conditioner/Furnace, ( Just waiting to see what Homeowners ins will cover on this ) Refrigerator, ( cheapest repair yet at only $380. some dollars ) & last but not least the coffee pot ( haven't found what we want yet for this one ) since a week ago Fri. Everything went south Thurs. night during a thunderstorm. top it all Off when I woke Carla up Fri morning & told her about the Frig, she had the Gal to ask me when I was going back up north?
I'm also looking at a new ( to me anyway ) toy to play with while I'm up north..

Allen,

To be honest, I have no idea. I have never run it around or started it for that matter. Once I found out it was not what I was told, I put a cover on it and there she sat until this week. One my former Liquidators is available to me again. I will be in NY with my trailer next month, so I could use to free up the investment. Too bad, as it's really a cool sled and the custom pipes are a work of art.

Thanks,
