John deere 500
John deere 500
I have a 1972 500 and the bearings for the secondary shaft are shot. Does anyone know where I can get the whole piece? Thanks

Re: John deere 500
What do you mean by the whole thing?
The bearings are nothing special, you can get them anywhere. If you are looking for the entire chaincase, then I need to know what clutches are on the sled now. Original would be Salsbury. Also, this gets complicated because the 72s use a longer shaft then the 73 up.
JDParts.com doesn't show it, but my 72 parts book does. 72 shaft- M63135 JDparts shows M63932 on all, and M63135 as a 600 shaft.
A photo would help.
