80 Sportfire Project

Post by Packers29 »

Well this was a going to be a resto but my skills would definitely be put to test. Alot of metal work would be needed and I dont think I have the patience. So instead its going to be a rider going to do crank seals check out the drive line bearings and put a new seat on this bad boy and get it out in the "snow". :needsnow:

Yea but at least everything is there so it will make a good project to ride. I'll save the resto for a 83 or 84.

Good choice Andrew, that motor might make it in a 82+ someday, keep your eyes peeled. I have an 80 sporty in the same condition, itll be a parts sled. It's cool, but save your time and energy for an 82+, just my thoughts deere friend
