Brake Band

Post by jep_800 »

My brake band for my X8 is shot. I got a new one from Certified Parts, but it wasn't really for a CCW engine. Similar dimensions, but does not fit (too loose). Does anyone have a solid brake band I can purchase? I was thinking of modifying the band I have to trim it down, but one made for the sled would be easier to adjust. Thanks.

Thanks Jimmy,

Yep, I actually looked it up, and they still had it, so I bought one. Little bit more spendy now ($81). But what's a guy to do... I need brakes.
