Hello all!
I apologize if this is an annoying newb type question but, I want to attend one of the big show/rides in 2022. Hopefully the border will be open by then and I can actually go!! I ask because both locations are a two day drive away and I want to make sure I attend the best one, although both look fantastic.
With John Deere being the featured brand at the MWVSS for 2022, I originally thought that might be the one to go to but then I started reading all the stories on here about the RWTC and now that's the one that sounds like the event to attend! Choices!
With all the experience on here with these events, what would you guys reccommend?
Thanks!!
Mark

Re: 2022 MWVSS or RWTC
Hello Mark,
Been to 10 or so RWTC and 8 or so Waconia (now MWVVS events). If your a Deere sled fan you should NOT miss 2022 MWVVS. They do a great job with the displays and priceless to listen to a ETD member speak to the banquet attendees. Maybe a once or twice in a lifetime show for us Deere guys! I will guess you will never see so many 340/S and Liquidators in one place ever again.
The HOF RWTC would be more of a drive. This years event is going to be different than in the past I am "GUESSING" at this writing, and back to normal in 2022. They also do a great job with their event/fund raiser. Riding in the WI Northwoods with the folks who were on the front covers of SnowWeek is such a blast! The Inductees Banquet Saturday night is also something not to miss. Especially if you have any type of connection to an Inductee.
Sorry, deciding which one to addend is like picking Danica as a blond or brunette. (-:

Re: 2022 MWVSS or RWTC
Mark,
Both are great events, but the new "Waconia" MWVVS should be the Deere event of the decade. The RWC is great, but I will not miss the "Year of the Deere"...
The 2010 JD event at Waconia was freaking amazing.
