Getting ready to put my CCW 340/5 back together - what’s the best sealant to use in the case halves?

Thanks it’s actually stocked at a local Canadian Tire (usually hard to find stuff up here) - I’ll go grab some tomorrow.

Most any anaerobic sealant is good, 3 Bond, Yamabond, etc. The only thing I would add is that a little goes a long way. If it squishes out the seam on the outside, it is probably doing the same on the inside, which isn't doing you any good. I use a Q-tip and apply a very light coat to each half. That has seemed to work pretty well.
