Happy New year. Good evening everyone can you tell me if the 76 liquifire ignition box is same as 75 jdx8 440/22? I have brand new sp1 01-401 number in box.
Only other number i know of is 44-63500

Good morning. All the Prestolite ignition boxes interchange on the Deere Kioritz’s. The plug styles changed a bit over the years, but you can adapt them if needed. I do want to warn you that many of us have had mixed results with the aftermarket Chinese boxes. The Hewtech boxes from cdibox.com are about the only bulletproof option. It is recommended to install a rewound stator as well. The originals are 50 years old and the coating on the windings fail over time.
