Old yamaha

Looking for info on a 1979 or 80 yamaha exciter. Does any one have any experiance with these sleds? Any problems, were they fast? Is there any websites out there for old yamahas?

the exzciter 440 was an excellent and very fast sled. 79 and 80 was the black models with red or gold stripes. there not much for problems like come on its a yamaha! hahaha all in all they ware good sleds.

aside from butterfly carb and broken gas caps no they are okay sleds..
