:D I have had very good luck using an old sock with plain old gas. I have never had an issue yet of wrecking decals or paint, I cant say it wont happen but it hasn't for me. Brian

Travis,

Use rubbing alcohol, it won't damage the paint. Try to remove it on a day or in the shop when it is fairly warm. A bit of heat from a hair dryer set on a low setting will help too.

Hope this helps!

Sticker glue can also be removed with plain old peanutbutter. Just bought my wife a helmet and it had a sticker on the shield. put peanutbutter on over night and the next merning it came right off and not a single scratch.

owning a decal and sign shop for 15 years we have some professional products we've used and tried some worked some don't, things that work are citrus oil (best), wd-40 (second), using gas or alcohal you risk the chance of damaging the finish. spray the sticky area with citrus oil or wd-40 leave sit for 4 to 5 minutes wipe off if it doesn't all come off spray again leave sit for 4 to 5 minutes take a ridgid squeege and lightly scrape acrossed sticky area wipe clean might take 3 or 4 trys.
hope this is helpful,
