History as I know it the last owner bought it 12/16/2005. J. K. Gutkind bought it to get to his fish hut on lake simcoe. He crashed it in 2007 and was picked up this year by Jim Miller to replace the sportfire stolen from my children.

History: Originally bought by a local farmer, then sold to an older gentleman who used it for ice fishing, next it was sold to a local resident in Middleville, MI who planned to get it running for his kids. Santa purchased from him for my 3 daughters who received it for Christmas in 2008, what a surprise for the girls, my wife and me. It has nostalgic meaning for me as it is the same model I learned to ride on 30 years ago in IA.
Special Comments: Santa added a new seat, a new windshield, an airbox (missing), new fuel cap (Thx The Part Connection), painted the exhaust, ski assemblies and tail light and gave it an overall cleaning and wax job. Original Dealer is assumed to be Great Lakes Equipment as that is the dealer sticker on the back of the sled.

History - unknown, but the sled had a rattle-can black paint job when I got her.
Modifications include track update, 4 track drive sprockets, digital speedo.
Currently building fresh 340 free-air Kohler from NOS parts (crank, jugs, pistons, heads, ignition)
12-7-10 Update - Fresh motor is in and running. Not sure why, but a previous owner installed a 38mm round slide on this thing... Always ran fine before, so I reused it with a fresh carb boot.
