Hey guys,
June 14th is the Gopher 50 at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring valley Mn.! I am the tech official there and also at several other WISSOTA tracks. I urge you to come as it is a GREAT show. Also later in the year we have the Sprint cars. THIS in my opinion is the best show we have all year if you like sprints that is.
I to am a Deere fan, I have a couple of restos on the page here. For those of you who are new I had some health problems and had to sell most of my collection. I mainly delt in the race sleds. I still have my 295/S, and another project in the wings. I am currently looking for a 83 or 84 Liquifire.
If any of you can make it down to Deer Creek I would really like to meet you. I am there every Saturday night and for all the specials thru the year. I also work the WISSOTA 100 which will be in Brainerd this year.Last year I was in Rice Lake for it.
I have been on the side lines with the deere stuff for awhile but am slowly getting back into it.

We used to attend that race back in my circle track days, it was held in Owatonna at the time. Always an outstanding event...

RACE WAS AWESOME. The mod race was even beter n my opinion. It went down to the very last turn on the last lap!!!!! mark Noble won the mod feature. Chub Frank won the late model race.....
Come on over for the Sprint car race on the 21st of July!!!! WAY COOL!!!!
