Found a new way to remove broken bolts from what ever you may be having problems with.
Purchase yourself an electric engrave tool. Menards, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc. Grind the engraving tip to a point, turn on the tool and press in the direction to extract the screw (counterclockwise). The vibration from the tool and the sharp points contact will do the trick to back the screw out. This works well.
