.....I forgot to mention in myTrailFire saga........that I have owned a Sportfire from new.......three cleated tracks and 7000+kms, it has never let me down, well it did once, thrust washers on the crankshaft failed when the machine was new, after it was repaired, it would only rev out to 6500 rpm, and I am sure when it was new, that the engine would rev between 7500 and 8000, because it would go like hell, I had the tach option from new. I also managed to acquire a very clean 82 Liquifire a couple of years ago, runs like a top, does anyone have replacement T.R. 800 clutch parts......thanks S

I have new covers with bushings, springs, pins, roller bolts, etc. for the TR-800's. I do not have rollers or movable face bushings.

.....thanks Joe.....my T.R. 800 is still in good running condition, but it is good to have a parts suppy line, I talked with Don Jackson at Comet Industries, and he told me that anything to do with the T.R. 800 as far as parts and so forth, everything was given back to John Deere, and then given to Polaris when the merger occured.....so parts availibility is going to be difficult........S
