it starts up fine now but then it just revs out of control? whats wrong with her.

I would say You've got one or both of the slides in the carbs not down over the pegs, or the throttle cables are stuck & not letting the slides down on the idle screws.

If it is not the slide in the carb or throttle cable or choke stuck ... it could be a bad seal somewhere and is sucking in air from somewhere. Sounds like the slide in the carb or throttle cable to me.

if none of them, its the Crank seals sucking air, spray some either around the seals to find out if it runs different.
