81 spitfire torque specs

I'll start rigt off by saying I know, I know I need a tech manual, and I have one coming but I don't know when it will arrive. My brother has a spit with a blown head gasket and I am going to help him with it this weekend and would appreciate if someone can give me the torque specs for the head bolts

16 ft-lbs. Tighten them in a cross pattern. After the motor has been warmed up and cooled down go back and double check them.
