76 Cyclone hard to start
Now that I have replace the needle and seat the sled is very hard to start. It does not leak gas out of exhaust anymore , but is hard to start. Tonight after work it started on about the tenth pull and it ran in garage for about 15 minutes, shut it off and waited about 3minutes, tried to start and it wont start. Is there some adjutments to the carb that need to be done since putting in a new needle and seat? Any suggestions?
My sleds, 1982 Liqufire, 1980 Trailfire, 1977 Sno*jet SST.

When you had the carb apart, did you check to see if you have the correct slide, pilot and main jets installed.

I have not read through your previous posts, but what all was done to the carb? complete tear down and clean? Did you set the float arms parallel with the carb body? have you looked at your fuel pump, checked you fuel lines? I'm no expert, just some of the things I would look for. I have a 76 440 cyclone and its my fist deere sled and my fist round slide mikuni. do you have a repair manual? I found mine to be priceless.
