1980 John Deere Trailfire 340
Do my best to describe this but I think the pictures are better than I can say. This sled is an odd mix of almost like new in some areas but then not quite in others. Would be a great starting project that probably wouldn't take much to get running. Only has 172 miles on it and garage kept since new...

Marshall Windshield
Does anyone know anything about this windshield? Does it look familiar to anyone? It was originally sold by Marshall so its an aftermarket windy but I have no idea what it fits. Is there a way to find a part number anyplace on the shield itself? It is still covered in the blue plastic from new but I...

Re: Still finding stuff... old dyno?
It was great meeting you guys at the Whiteout. We learned a lot and it looked like a good turnout. For anyone interested the dyno is out on Ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... :MESELX:IT

Re: Still finding stuff... old dyno?
The dyno was there all day Friday. I found my paperwork and yes, it belonged to Dan Netzer of Juneau, WI. Thanks Matt, I tried to search online to get some contact info for Dan but no luck is he a member on here? I remember seeing the dyno at the Horicon show. Doesn't the dyno use the 18" wide...

Re: Still finding stuff... old dyno?
Thanks guys, we are wondering what you do if you had studs? It's track on track probably not a big concern back then I guess. Anyone hazard a guess what this thing might be worth. Is there a JD guy out there that has to have everything in their collection b/c I dont know how many of these are out th...

Re: Are these what I think they are?
Thanks Joe, heading back to the shop on Sat I will look for some markings or stamps of any kind. May make things a little easier, I gave them the once over but not really good may have missed something obvious. So far the yamahas are closest.

Re: Are these what I think they are?
Thanks for the pics Joe, makes a lot of sense now that the ones I have must be later or more refined probably like they said from a Yamaha. They were in a box by themselves that was shipped to him, which means he ordered them or got them from someone for a project he must have been planning. Had he ...

Re: Are these what I think they are?
Still researching but I havent been able to get back to them yet to look them over again, maybe this weekend. dont think they are phazers b/c at looking at a few more closely I dont see any phazers with that gold bracket on the top of the shock. I need to pull up some pics of some vmax's and look at...

Re: Are these what I think they are?
Thanks guys, ironically I went to the open house at my Yamaha dealer today after I saw those and they had a bunch of Phazers there in the back barn. Never really looked that close at a phazer before then I see those shocks twice in one day? I will have to really look them over when I get to them aga...

Are these what I think they are?
Remember I said I was heading over to my grandpas, the one with the liquidator to help clean up. We opened a box and found these... can someone please tell me that these are the same shocks as the picture in the prototype page on this site? Do any of these even exist anymore? Someone cut them off wh...

Re: Liquidtor History
We are on the fence about a lot of the stuff, honestly we havent even gotten through most of it to figure what he has. I should be heading out this weekend to get some pics and figure out whats there for sleds, most of what he has is older mower parts. He does have 2 nice liquifires that we will be ...
