Great recap of your Vintage weekend. Makes a guy want to give the old sled a complete once over and head up there next year.

YES !! I love to ride the newer sleds and ride 200+ mile days every year---BUT --- there is still nothing as fun as a leaf springer !! I just love any old MID MOUNT sled with an all rubber track to just go out and have FUN on. Just something about the true sport of playing in the snow with Basic equ...

I bet he didn't sell it--I had talked to him last season--he watches this site and actually told me to come over here to see how much that sled was worth. Didn't take me long to realize in it's condition it wasn't worth what he was originally asking which was $1200. Now it was down to $950. I think ...

I saw that ad also--he was also trying to sell that sled last year--I talked to him by email at the end of last season. Looks very rough to me and with parts for those not only hard to find by expensive--I think you would have a ton of $$$$ in that sled if you were going to restore it.

I was just North of St. germain last week---trails in that area are in great shape---Might be the best conditions in 10 years or so----have fun and be safe.

Congratulations to the J.D. Drivers for finishing the Race ! glad to see Rainville made it---never actually met Joe but he did stop by my house and pick up a sled that I had sold to a guy out East a couple years ago--- I wasn't home at the time but I have kinda kept up with his effort to finish this...
