carb intake flange for leveling carb out
I have a custom sled with a 400 quad plug motor and need to find two flanges to give me the right angle for my carbs. They are greater than 20% now and spit gas out of the carb. I was told to level out the carbs and this will go away. Lead me in the right direction would ya! Thanks, cory I know some...

Just need the torque spec of the bolt that holds the clutch on. The sled is a sportfire engine. kawi 440 Thanks cory

yep I am going to have loren Mackhart make them. I just dont think I will have room on the fan side, so I am going to see if he can make both come out the clutch side. Any other pipe makers you recomend?

Help with exhaust port measurements
Can someone give me the measurements of their exhaust ports for a ta440-c202. Also the measurements from the engine plate to the ports. I am getting a set of pipes for a sled i am buying (sportfire). Let me know if you can help. Thanks, Cory

I will be there on my 81 sportfire. The trailride will be its maiden voyage so if you see a broke down sportfire and a guy kicking it that may be me. Can anybody tell me which tunnel protectors will fit. all i see under it is aluminum ones, i am putting star studs on it.I looked at mfgsupply.com and they do not list them. Any help would be great.

the sled runs and idles fine without it, that is why I asked. The bolt that holds the mesh tube is rusted and will not come off. If I force it the tube will crumble. Is there a place to get a new tube?

I am getting my sportfire running and took off the aircleaner box. The round screen tub is pretty rusty and do not want any of that crap getting sucked into the carb. Do I need this box and rubber hose attached to the carb or is there something else I can use?

kawi 440 transplant to 71 puma
They offered the kawi in the 71 year. Maybe if I get a plate for the kawi it will make things easier.
