I have them as well, but you would be better off finding someone in canada that sells them if that's all you need.

This seems to happen a lot. They could put a couple of circlips in an envelope and mail it for the cost of a letter, but they put them in a small flat rate box that is still 99.99% empty. Some companies are better at recognizing how silly this is. I wonder if you called them if they could put them in an envelope? That's true, I could just drop them in a letter envelope. Looks like postage for that is only 85 cents to Canada. I'll send you a PM Lloyd.
EDIT: I just did a lookup on JDparts, and the circlip part number (M68071) is still used on lawn tractors, so you can pick them up at the dealer too.
