Did you end up swapping out the primary?

no, the TR800 is on it. I got the correct belt for it but something is wrong, the belt is so tight that its killing the engine due to it being so tight. I rode it around tryin to think maybe the clutch not open all the way but it is. I put the 1107 back on it and its fine....kinda confused, but we had snow and I had to run it. Not a problem, no bog or anything. Idles at 1250, starts second pull. Couldnt ask for a better machine. This belt is still bothering me though. We put on about 20 miles behind the house making huge loops and zig zags out in the woods behind the house I would guess and not one hiccup. All the sleds are in the garage, shined up and ready for next year.....
