I bet you will find all that and more at New Breed Parts. There is a link to the site on the home page of JDSleds.com.

You will need a trottle grip from a Cyclone/L-Fire(1st generation) to accomedate the extra cable travel required on a Mikuni.
Post a wanted ad in the classifides and someone will offer you a good used one.

Carb: http://www.newbreedparts.com/newbreed/i ... earch=vm34

Fuel Pump: http://newbreedparts.com/newbreed/index ... uct_id=135

Carb Mount: http://newbreedparts.com/newbreed/index ... duct_id=90

Throttle Cable: http://newbreedparts.com/newbreed/index ... uct_id=122

Choke Cable: http://newbreedparts.com/newbreed/index ... uct_id=131

I can get you the correct jets too but we would need to pick a starting point. Maybe go off a 440 Cyclone specs? It will require some tuning on your end.
