I think the bigger question is:
How did you get part of the crank apart with the engine together? It should be tightly pressed together. If it was lose that's not going to be a good thing.

Well you see there was something wrong with the engine and I may have found the problem. When I work on replacing the orings and crankseals ill have to see whats up.

Yes...the crank pin should be pressed into the flyweight. I doubt a crank shop can do much with that. Besides a good used crank might be cheaper.
