Liquifire drive line parts needed
I am looking to purchase the following parts to repair my 82 Liquifire.
M69015 bearing
M63228 gasket x2
JD 9335 bearing
And possibly M69234 shaft (can be used as long as it's straight.)
Please let me know what you have.
Thanks,
Bob

Re: Liquifire drive line parts needed
John Deere still sells both bearings 9335 and the other one is a Jd 8665 non greasable Fafnir make a cross for lower greasable , and the top bearing in chain case is a jd8562 the Fafnir bearing is a gra100rrb ag bearing. The cork gaskets can be cut out hope this helps, I have all sitting on my table later Lincoln

Lincoln,
Do you have a cross over number for the M69015? It's the bearing on the case side of the actual drive shaft and is the same as the jackshaft bearing on the secondary side. I have been given a fafnir # of RA100RBB but I can't find anyone who carries them.

Re: Liquifire drive line parts needed
I have purchased all the bearings now but still need a good, straight jack shaft for it. Thanks.

Re: Liquifire drive line parts needed
The shaft length is identical. The difference is in the length of the shoulder boss to reduce the quantity of alignment washers required and the shaft is purported to be 20% stronger than the 80 - 81 models.
Re: Liquifire drive line parts needed
Hey, are you calling my part 20% inferior?!?

Re: Liquifire drive line parts needed
After complete tear down, shaft was straight as an arrow. Lesson learned is, don't try while still in a bearing, it might throw it off.
