Looking for a Ski Shock - AM55279

Post by Lake City Machines »

I am looking for a ski shock for a 1983 JD Sportfire. New or used will work, so long as it is not leaking oil. Thank you.

About all you can do is get close to the "open-closed" dimension and the end bushings. Might want to consider replacing both sides.

I don't have the ski shocks available at the moment. It's actually a Polaris suspension shock for a spring-over but it's the right dimensions for the skis. If you google part number 04-237 you can find it elsewhere.

Matt, is 04-237 a Polaris number?
