Looking good Matt!! How are you going to cover the wires/cables on the handlebars? I use pipe insulation taped in place. Would like to see something different.

Definitely a lot of work but will be worth every minute! Can't wait to see finished pics and get a review on how it runs and rides!

Actually I used a Sprintfire kill switch and an original dimmer. Wish now I would have switched both like yours. Here's a picture of the wrap.

DA - I bought this a couple yrs ago at Waconia for my 78cc. Think maybe from Don Soukup...they were basically an afterthought with extra materials and were a big seller. Now I believe he has them regularly available.

More progress. This is the seat that came with it. I'm going to run it for now and get it fixed up by John next summer.
