Here's one of the idlers taken down. I cleaned them up and got the sealed bearings for it. My solid rivets should have shown up this week, so now I can get these done. The old bearing looks terrible. Definitely needed a rebuild.

Got the skid frame put back together tonight. Took 2 weeks of soaking the cross shaft in tranny fluid before it would budge.

That skid looks so nice don't even reinstall it, it's art.

I've thought of that. I should get an old skid from a sled no one is restoring and just rebuild it, and put it on display.

Got the hood prepped. Should receive paint this week. I also am working on rebuilding the seat foam, and have a new cover coming. Tunnel will get stripped next and get ready for paint.

Tunnel is stripped. Need a little welding done, but other than that, it should be ready for paint next week.

Hood painted last week, and the decals applied tonight. Got the seat covered as well.

Track, driver, and skid were installed last night.

Oh yeah, the 800 is now all put back together, and runs fantastic after my trail mishap last January.

The sound of the CCW and tuned pipe makes me want snow right now.

Work progress tonight: Seat, grab bars, gas tank, engine mounted, y - and tuned pipe, snow flap, bumper, handle bars, wire harness, and tail light.
