Thanks sorry somehow missed that post below! My switch is fine just the key looks all rusty, would be nice to try out one of these as they're fairly inexpensive.

No problem. Also, if your original switch is missing the weather resistant parts (most of the one's I've seen are) Deere sells a kit with those parts (AM107076). I have not installed it myself but I know others that have.

Finally had about 2" or so of snow yesterday evening. Took a little time tonight to get the 82 out for a little yard test and tune session. The new belt seemed to have quite the memory, as a result I had a ton of shims in the secondary. After a few laps the memory was gone and we had to remove lots of shims. It seems like a very different sled than my 80s and we are still getting to know each other. Here's a photo.

About two weeks ago Larry and I made the trip to the Ogemaw Hills Vintage Snowmobile Show. Last time I went to this show was literally a few days before the world shut down for the RONA. It was good to return, I've always enjoyed this show / ride. This year was by far the largest number of sleds I have seen at this event. Somewhere I think I heard close to 300 sleds at the show, not all of these did the ride. The ride portion is in on the shorter side (roughly 20 miles) but it's a refreshing mix of a short show and short ride, makes for a relaxing day.

The sleds did well, no real issues other than loose throttle block on the 82 (which I didn't notice till loading it on the trailer). For whatever reason I only took a few videos at the show. Here a screen shot of the two Liquifires at the show.

Last night I noticed the club uploaded a nice video of the show and ride. Here a link. https://youtu.be/Yf5R8wMg660?feature=shared

Those sleds look great Nick. If I can get mine to look half that good I’ll be surprised. Looked like a good sized crowd
