genuine nos has dimmers that work great but have a different face on them much better than nothing i think they are cat or something anyone able to help ? usually has them listed on ebay on genuine nos store kills can be bought from shadetree but sometimes out of them wade

there's a place in Saskatchewan called Agri-Sport...they listed one's for JD's 73-78 all, for under $20.00....maybe look them up and give them a call...might have another source.

I tried the Doo Switch once. It fits loose in the JD grip after you remove the metal clamp.

(probably works fine for the 72)

The genuinenos dimmers work great! They are the same as many brands in yesteryear but not exactly the same as OEM JD.

I see they don't list the 72-79 switches for JD...only the TF and 80-84 switches.....too bad

they seem to have a good listing of other JD stuff

This dimmer switch will work fine on the older JD's.

The connect is diferent but the switch fits the grip.

You will probably never find a cheaper one.
