Hi folks,
I'm so close to getting my 300 ready to ride. It was running ok but wouldn't idle great so I decided to check out the carb. I had just went through this carb less than 2 years ago and it looked pretty good but i still replaced all the gaskets etc. It sat for a couple years and there must have been some water in the system because when I got the stack open it was full of rust above the fuel pump. It didn't look anything like this the first time I had it apart. I'm suspecting a poor quality (rusted) hose clamp on the in-tank fuel fitting to be the source. No surprise, all 3 screws on the circuit plate snapped clean off when I tried to remove them. Looks like I'll be tracking down a whole new carb body.
Does anyone know which carb is the right one for a 1977 300? This one says WDB-31. The info I have all points to WDA? Not sure if it makes a different but just wanted to check before i begin searching for one.
Thanks!

Tony, I have the Parts manual open and it does say WDB-31 for a Model 300 sled.
