Both kawi 340....
Other than cutting some cooling fins what would be required, if possible?
Is the bolt pattern the same, etc..?
Thanks!

Trailfire 340 cylinder on spitfire.....
Hey Magnus!
Glad to here from Sweden. The 340 Trailfire has the same interfaces as the Kawi powered Spitfires. So, aside from a slight triming of the cooling fins, everything else will bolt up, including the intake and exhaust manifolds.
Good luck!

I have to ask, if TF 340jugs will fit on a spitfire crankcase, then since TF 440 jugs will fit on a 340 case then would 440 jugs work on a spitfire case with some trimming as well?
Trailfire 340 cylinder on spitfire.....
Yes, probably by cutting the case but the problem will be to transfer the increased heat that a 440 will create....being only freeair....
The heads wont work either.....
